Our cooking is more than traditional, it comes from within us.

Our cuisine is based on products from the sea where we were born. (Palamós, Emporda, Costa Brava, Girona).

  It is based on fish and shellfish from Palamós wharf, and also chopped, fried onion, garlic and tomato, without using additives, colorants, preservatives or ready-prepared substances.
  Another particularity is that we prepare all our dishes (steamed food, sauces, fried food, grilled food, rice and casseroles) immediately for all our clients.

This makes it necessary for us to train all our staff so that they comply with our working and quality standards.

The restaurant is run by Kim Guell (with 35 years' experience as a chef). Our aim is to ensure your maximum enjoyment.
