A powerful man once fell in love with the bay of Palamós and, as a result, founded the Can Blau restaurant.
This took place back in 1983. That man was Pepi, a bohemian from the Emporda district, and he set up and designed Can Blau.
He taught us what we must do every day, and he is still fondly remembered.
